Integrating visual aids (video) is essential for ELT context

Using videos in class environment are very important for contextualizing the lesson of students. In Turkish education system, we have to memorize all structural rules of English. However, as a prospective teacher, we can change it. We can use different teaching methods, approaches and using different activities in class to teach better. I think, videos should be used in classes. Therefore, students can understand the lesson, and they do not need to memorize all rules.

Most of the students have visual memory. We can use it while teaching tenses or vocabulary. As a result, Teaching English with videos can be attractive and interesting for the learners. With videos teacher can gain attention of students
